Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

By placing an order on GOATKITS, you agree to the terms below.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, unless a different timeline is stated for a specific product or situation.

Approved returns are issued as Store Credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue. COD charges, forward shipping charges, and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In original, resalable condition
• Returned with all tags, packaging, boxes and accessories
• Free from stains, odours, alterations, damage or signs of use

All returns are subject to inspection after receipt.

Please provide your Name, Order ID, Delivery Address, and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide a return address for self-shipping or arrange a reverse pickup where available. Please include a slip inside the parcel mentioning your Name and Order ID.

Where GOATKITS arranges pickup, the applicable charge will be deducted from the Store Credit.

For self-shipped returns, please use a trackable courier and retain proof of dispatch. GOATKITS is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

Store Credit & Processing

Store Credit is issued only after the returned product is received and passes inspection.

Processing may take up to 15 days from the date the returned shipment reaches us.

Products that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for regular return:

• Clearance sale products
• Products priced below ₹600
• Socks and footballs
• Products marked “Non-Returnable”
• Customized or personalized products

Exceptions may apply in genuine cases of defect or where an incorrect product has been delivered.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Contact Number
• Clear photographs/videos
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video

An unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory for claims relating to damage, defects, incorrect products or missing items.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, Store Credit or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability.

Product Images & Minor Variations

All product images are for reference and representation purposes only.

Actual products may vary slightly in colour, shade, texture, print placement, embroidery, stitching, badges, sponsor logos, sleeve patches, neck labels, finishing or other minor details due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, supplier updates or production changes.

For football jerseys in particular, sponsor logos, patches, badges, neck labels and print positioning may vary depending on the production batch and available inventory.

Minor variations, loose threads or small stitching imperfections that do not materially affect the appearance, functionality or usability of the product will not ordinarily be treated as defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

To request cancellation, email [email protected] with your Order ID.

Approved cancellations are subject to a fee of:

5% of the order value or ₹100, whichever is higher.

The remaining eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as Store Credit.

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

If delivery is refused after dispatch, applicable forward and return shipping charges, COD charges and other logistics costs may be deducted. Any remaining eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized products, including name printing, number printing, patches, special printing or other customer-requested modifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only where:

• The customization differs from the confirmed order; or
• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Such claims are subject to verification and the required unboxing video.

Important

GOATKITS may reject a return or claim where:

• The product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Tags or original packaging are missing
• The request is raised outside the applicable timeline
• Required evidence has not been provided
• The issue falls within normal manufacturing or production variation

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
