Delivery & Shipping Policy – GoatKits

At GoatKits (“GoatKits”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to dispatching your orders on time and ensuring a smooth delivery experience across India. However, please note that the physical delivery of your order is handled by independent third-party couriers (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Delhivery). Delivery timelines depend on multiple factors and involve shared responsibility between the buyer, seller, and the courier partner.

By placing an order on goatkits.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship orders within Indiato serviceable PIN codes, as defined by our courier partners.
• If your pincode is not serviceable, we may contact you to:
  • Request an alternate address, or
  • Cancel and issue a refund/pre-credit for your order per our Refund Policy.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges & Dispatch Timelines

• Free Shippingon all orders above or equal to ₹799/- across India.
• Orders below this value may attract a nominal shipping charge, displayed at checkout.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hoursof order placement (working days only).
• Typical delivery timeline is 5–7 working days, depending on:
  • Delivery location
  • Courier serviceability
  • Operational conditions of courier partners

These timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

3. Packaging & Handling

• All orders are securely packedto ensure products arrive safely and undamaged.
• We take special care while packing customised jerseys and football merchandise to minimise damage in transit.

Payment Modes & Charges

• Prepaid Orders(Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI via our payment gateway)
  • No additional handling charges from our side.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
  • A ₹50 COD handling chargeis applicable per order, as levied by courier companies.
  • COD availability depends on your pin code and the courier serviceability.

We recommend prepaid payments for:

• Faster processing,
• Reduced chances of delivery refusal or delays, and
• Smoother overall experience.

4. Address & Contact Details

To ensure successful delivery, you must:

• Provide complete and accurate shipping details, including:
  • Full name
  • House/flat number, street, area
  • City, State, Pincode
  • Active mobile number
• Be available on phone/SMS/WhatsApp for courier calls or delivery updates.

GoatKits will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or RTO (Return to Origin) arising from:

• Incorrect/incomplete address details
• Wrong or inactive phone number
• Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address

Any re-shipping due to such issues may attract additional shipping charges.

5. Cancellations & Delivery Refusals

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatchedfrom our warehouse.
• If you wish to cancel, please contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refusal at the Doorstep

If the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep or is repeatedly unavailable, leading to RTO:

• The customer will bear the forwarding and return courier charges for the shipment.
• For prepaid orders, these charges may be deducted from any refund or store credit, per our Refund Policy.
• For COD orders, refusal or a fake COD may result in the COD facilitybeing blocked for future orders.

6. Proof of Delivery – Unpacking Video (Mandatory for Damage/Missing Claims)

To process any claims for damaged or missing items, the following is mandatory:

1. Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous videoof the parcel’s unpacking from the moment it is opened.
2. The shipping label (with your name, address, and AWB number)must be clearly visible in the video.
3. The video should show:
   • All sides of the outer package
   • Opening of the parcel
   • All contents are being removed and displayed clearly

Claims for missing or damaged products without an unpacking video will not be entertained.

If you receive a physically damaged parcel (torn, wet, or tampered):

• Mention the issue to the delivery person immediately, if possible.
• Still record the unpacking video before opening.
• Contact us with the video and photos within the timeline specified below.

7. Delivery Confirmation & Disputes

• Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the courier’s tracking system, it is considered delivered to the address provided.
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel:
  • You must notify us within 2 working daysof the delivery status.
  • Only within this timeframe can we file a dispute with the courier partner.

We will coordinate with the courier for:

• GPS delivery proof
• Delivery OTP logs (if applicable)
• Delivery executive details

However, please note:

• Final resolution will depend on the courier’s investigation and findings.
• Delays in reporting beyond 2 working days reduce the likelihood of successful resolution.

8. Delivery Responsibility – Shared Obligations

Successful delivery requires coordination between three parties:

1. Seller (GoatKits)
   • Dispatch orders on time with correct shipping details as provided by the customer.
   • Hand over parcels to reliable courier partners with tracking.
2. Courier Partner
   • Transport and attempt delivery to the provided address.
   • Follow their own standard operating procedures for delivery, reattempts, and RTO.
3. Buyer (Customer)
   • Provide accurate shipping details and a reachable phone number.
   • Be available to receive delivery or ensure someone is available at the address.
   • Answer calls from delivery agents/courier helplines.

Any failure on any side can affect delivery timelines and success.

9. Circumstances Beyond Control

Delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond the direct control of GoatKits and courier partners, such as:

• Remote, rural, or non-serviceable locations
• Extreme weather conditions (floods, cyclones, heavy rains, etc.)
• Strikes, bandhs, lockdowns, political unrest, or public holidays
• Natural calamities or force majeure events
• Incorrect/incomplete address or pincode
• Inactive, unreachable, or unanswered phone numbers

In such cases, neither GoatKits nor the courier partner can guarantee fixed delivery timelines. We will, however, support you with tracking information and couriers’ updates wherever possible.

10. Refunds for Delivery Delays

Our policy on refunds related to delivery delays is as follows:

Non-Customized Orders

• If an order is not delivered within a reasonable extended timeframebeyond the usual estimate, and the customer no longer wishes to receive it:
  • A refund or store credit may be processed after deducting the one-way courier charges(forward + return) once the shipment is returned to us in good condition.

Customised Orders (Name/Number Printing, Special Customisation)

• Customised products are made specifically to orderand cannot be resold.
• Therefore, refunds for customised orders are not possiblefor reasons of delay alone, as long as the courier is still attempting delivery or the delay is due to courier/operational factors.
• Refunds are not possible in any circumstances once a customised item has been printed/processed, except in the case of:
  • Proven manufacturing defect or incorrect customisation done by GoatKits (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

11. Tracking Your Order & Customer Support

• Tracking details(AWB number/tracking link) are shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
• Customers are encouraged to:
  • Track shipments using the courier’s official tracking portal/app.
  • Contact the courier helpline for local delivery issues (e.g., directions, rescheduling).

GoatKits’ support team will:

• Assist with escalations to courier partners,
• Share any additional information we receive from couriers, but
• Cannot override courier operations, internal rules, or delivery decisions.

GoatKits reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Delivery & Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
