You can cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. Customised orders will not be cancelled if customisation has been processed.
Returns are accepted within 7 days (as per policy). Approved returns are issued as Store Credit (valid for 1 year). Customised items are non-returnable except for wrong customization/defect. Check the Return Policy page for more details.
