By placing an order on GOATKITS, you agree to the terms below. Returns/cancellations can be requested within 7 days of delivery unless a different timeline is mentioned for a specific case. Approved returns are issued as Store Credit (valid for 1 year) that can be used on any future purchase at goatkits.in. COD fees and shipping charges (forward/return) are non-refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
To raise a return/cancellation request, contact us within the applicable window on WhatsApp +91 7400454414 or email [email protected] with your Full Name, Delivery Address, Order ID, and reason. If return is approved, we will share a return address for self-shipping or arrange pickup where service is available. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and resellable, with all original tags, packaging/boxes, and accessories, and a slip inside the parcel mentioning Order ID + Name.

Store Credit is issued after the product is received and passes inspection. Processing can take up to 15 days from the time the return is shipped/collected and reaches us.
Items purchased on clearance sale or priced below ₹600 are not eligible for return. If a product is marked “Non-Returnable” on its page, it cannot be returned except in genuine cases of defect or wrong item. For self-shipped returns, GOATKITS is not responsible for loss/damage in transit; please pack securely and keep proof of handover.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the subject “Defective/Wrong Product – Order ID ____”, and share your Order ID, contact number, and clear photos/videos. An unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory for any defect/damage/missing-item claim. After verification, we will arrange pickup and offer either a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund (including product value and shipping where applicable), as appropriate. Minor loose threads or small stitching imperfections that don’t affect usability are not treated as defects.
If any item is missing from the parcel, email [email protected] with your Order ID, details of the missing item(s), and the mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and its contents.
Order cancellations are possible only before dispatch. Email [email protected] with your Order ID; a cancellation fee of 5% of order value or ₹100 (whichever is higher) will apply, and the balance may be refunded as Store Credit or to the original payment method (at our discretion). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery after dispatch, forward and return shipping charges will be deducted and any remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit.
All customized/personalized products (including name/number printing or special requests) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where you received the wrong customization or the product is defective (with mandatory unboxing video). These cases are reviewed individually and may result in a replacement or refund.
